  5. Mr. Pirate,I convert Flac uploaded by you into WAV . Does it change anything?
In my opinion, WAV sounds crisp and clear.

    2. What's the rational behind it? converting FLAC into WAV for crisper sound? really? how can it make any difference when FLAC is not a audio cd's native sound format, changing WAV into FLAC will make some difference but not vica a versa, that's why i was लोलिंग

    3. First of all, Flac is a compressed lossless format where as Wav is uncompressed lossless format. Ideally, Flac and Wav should sound same because both have same information. But, when you play Flac, during the whole process, your system keeps on uncompressing it. As I said, on paper, there should not be any loss of information but generally it happens. That's the reason why Wav sounds better than Flac. Now, it's not my problem if your ears can't catch it. Or, you do not have good headphones.

Keep on rolling, lolling or whatever animal instinct motivates you to do.

    1. I have just downloaded 3 samples of this album of Qobuz, after reading your comment, don't know what to say, but theres some difference in sound, as this rip on this blog is 1st edition, so it supposed to sound best, among any digital format or edition, samples downloaded from Qobuz are more on mellow side, highs are finer, mids where vocals are, bit back and lows are bit more refined, i dont know they deliberately done that, but i will still say 1st edition should be best sounding one, as long as ripping is done properly and format is Wav or atleast FLAC.
